What is an Aerate?

Note: Due to only one Aerate taking resident in the solar system, it is likely the following information may not be applicable to all Aerates both in theory and in current unsupported fact.

What is an Aerate?

An Aerate is a creature that is shaped like something akin to a pool toy. In accordance to the Church of the Moon Garden, it is believed that the shape of early and modern generations of pool toys may actually take reference to the Aerate. Like Animal Heads, Aerates are a functionally immortal species, though how their immortality functions is completely different.

Like Animal Heads, Aerates are theorized to be equally unique in terms of color composition and "species". Aerates have been confirmed to have shapes that would consist of other animals on Earth, albeit exaggerated due to their shape. Despite having radically different form and shape between each Aerate, they are (in current limited firsthand experience) all the same species.

Biology of Aerates

Superficially, Aerates are paradoxical in some way. Despite being akin to a pool toy, the exterior skin is incredibly dense and could not be pierced. At the same time, it's noted that Aerates are also light enough like a balloon despite the integumental density. However, the firsthand evidence source has revealed certain aspects of Aerates that would other wise could not be observed without accidental elimination.
